Shipping Policies
Shipping to the Contiguous 50 US States & International
- First and foremost shipping and taxes amounts are calculated during the purchasing of a product, or products once added to the cart of G.A.S Hardware online store. Shipping cost will be included in the total price prior to the payment section, and will be amounted in USD (United States Dollars).
- The Shipping Method will be Standard Shipping, ship to the final address added by the customer. Orders can be shipped to any other address as typed by the customer in the shipping information section prior to payment. IF customers decide to change the address once payment is completed, an email should be sent to our store by filling the CONTACT US form located in the website between 5 to 15 minutes after completing the purchase. Once order is shipped, shipping address can not be changed.
- National orders may take between 1-3 business days to be handled, fulfilled, and shipped. Generally, all order may be shipped the same day the order was placed.
- International Orders can be made, and it may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate item to one location, or our international currier for shipment.
- If your are visiting the US, we can ship any product to your hotel, or residential address or any UPS store for pickup.
- UPS should be the main currier to ship orders, as orders can be tracked by customers directly.
Return Policies
Return processes and shipping in the US
- To return your product for refund, the customer and customer alone will be responsible for paying external shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping items, of orders over $50 (USD), customer should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- G.A.S Hardware is not responsible for items returned and not received by store. If customer return the order, and was not received, a refund will not be fulfill, and shipping costs will be accounted by the customers.
- In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item purchased, we accept returns on any item that is unused and has the package considerable intact. This applies to any product shipped with defects in manufacturing or materials. If such is the case, please contact us via our CONTACT US form to approve the return and refund. Proof of defects of the item should be shown, once a customer representative gets in contact with the customer.
- We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unused items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 30 days of when the item/items were delivered to the customer.

Due to the increased costs of shipping, all returns are be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping may also be deducted from the refund amount. Any used products, or products sent back without original packaging may incur additional fees since these will not be able to be resold.
Any returns due to damaged or defective products will not incur any fees, and we will try to resolve the issue by sending out new or replacement products when available. We don't you to be disappointed and we will help you if you encounter any issues.
Refund Process
- Any return item must be in its original condition, and all tags, labels, instructions, and packaging should be considerable intact. Once your returns is received, and inspected by the professionals at G.A.S Hardware, the store will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of the refund.
- If the customer is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Please allow G.A.S Hardware a refund processing period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
