This company is AWESOME!

I consider myself pretty handy, but I was lost on this one. My garage door spring broke, and I couldn't find my size. I ordered the closest one to my size and put a note in my order. They immediately got in touch with me and got to work. MJ walked me through what I needed. Told me my spring size was abnormal. MJ had me text him pictures. He talked to the company engineer. Made sure I only needed the one spring instead of two. But guess what, they didn't sell the size I needed. He said he would talk to a company they worked with and have it custom made, or I could continue to look for the size I needed. I saw dollar signs and said I would look for it somewhere else. Guess what, couldnt find it. I called MJ, and asked him to see about the custom order. He called me back. Yup, they could do it. And guess what? No extra cost! The spring was a great deal, and was well made. Everything extra I needed to install my spring was included. I bought cables too. They were double as thick as the original cables. If i could give this company a higher rating, I would. Awesome product. Unbelievable customer service.

Nice and sturdy

Our sliding doors are very large and we Had to swap the previous handles because they did not withstand the weight and loosened up quickly . These look great and are very sturdy .
